Hi, I’m Peggy

I have had sewing in my blood for as long as I can remember. When I was little, I remember wanting so bad for my mom to teach me how to hand sew. We didn’t have a sewing machine at the time. At 15 , a lovely women taught me how to sew and I have doing it ever since. Pattern making, sewing, embroidery, repurposing and recycling. All things that I still do to this day. Sewing is a never ending learning experience. You can do so many things with it. Make things for yourself, your family, friends. Items for you home etc. I hope you will join me on my continued sewing journey.

Where this all began

We didn’t grow up with a lot of money, so needless to say we wore a lot of hand me down clothes. At that time, recycling and repurposing was not cool like it is today.

Fast forward to today and I will show you how to draft new patterns, how to recycle and repurpose items and have a wardrobe that is uniquely you.
